Easy Booking OS

Five extranets. Three WhatsApp groups. One desk.

EBO replaces the spreadsheet, the paper notebook and the four channel logins with a single system: one calendar for every booking, every turnover dispatched to a named person, every dirham of maintenance evidenced, and an owner statement nobody argues with.

The problem

You are not short of software.
You are short of one truth.

Every Marrakech manager we meet runs the same stack: a Booking.com extranet, an Airbnb app, a Vrbo login, a shared spreadsheet, and WhatsApp holding it all together. Each one is right about its own corner and wrong about everything else.

Calendars that disagree

A booking lands at 02:00 on one platform. The others do not know until someone remembers to block the dates by hand.

Turnovers arranged by memory

Who is cleaning the riad on Friday? It is somewhere in a WhatsApp group, or it is in nobody's head at all.

Owners who do not trust the numbers

The monthly conversation starts with "what did my house actually earn?" and ends in a spreadsheet nobody believes.

Repairs with no paper

The plumber came, the owner was charged, and the only evidence is a photo on somebody's phone.

Fifteen per cent, forever

Every direct guest you could have taken yourself arrives through a platform that keeps a slice of the stay.

Nothing you can show a bank

Occupancy, ADR, channel mix, what the portfolio earned last March: all of it is a weekend of spreadsheet work.

How a day runs

Open one screen at 08:30. Close it at 18:00.

The platform turns every booking into work your team can see, accept and finish, and turns every finished job into a line an owner can read.

  1. 01
    The Today board

Arrivals, departures and turnovers across the whole portfolio, occupancy tonight, and anything urgent on top. The booking made at 02:00 is already here with its check-in job created.

  2. 02
    Dispatch your people

Route each check-in to a greeter, each turnover to a housekeeper, the pool pump to Hassan. One tap sends the brief to WhatsApp with the address, the guest and the key safe code.

  3. 03
    The day closes itself

Cleaners photographed their work from the phone. The plumber's invoice is attached to the task. The owner statement already reflects both, and nobody typed anything twice.

Who it serves

Built for the people who run Marrakech.

Property management companies

Run twenty riads with the head-count of five. Zones route the work, the board proves it happened, and owners renew because the statements are clean.

Real estate agencies

Add rental management as a service line. Each new mandate is a property file, a fee percentage and two calendar links, live the same day.

Owner-operators growing

You ran one villa beautifully. Take the second and the third without losing the standard that made the first one work.

What it does

10 modules. One database.

Everything reads and writes the same portfolio, so the calendar, the dispatch board and the owner statement can never disagree with each other. You switch on the ones you bought; the rest are not in your way.

Running the week

Channel manager

iCal in from Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo, and availability back out to them.

Direct booking page

Their own commission-free page where guests request a stay.

Dispatch and the field app

Turning bookings into jobs, routing them to people, and the phone view their team uses.

Maintenance with evidence

Jobs, priorities, costs in dirhams, photos and supplier invoices.

Unified inbox & guest portal

One thread per reservation for every guest touchpoint, plus the bookmarkable guest portal link with wifi, directions and house rules.

Owners and money

Owner portal and statements

Owners signing in to read their own figures, and the statement export.

Reports and exports

Occupancy, ADR, channel mix, fees earned, and every CSV.

Growing the business

Owner intake

The public application form and the pipeline of new properties.

Mobile API

Whether phones and tablets in this workspace may connect at all.

Their own brand

Uploading a logo and setting colours. Off means they run under your brand.

What it costs

A flat fee in dirhams. Never a percentage.

A flat monthly fee in dirhams, invoiced with your ICE. We price on the size of your portfolio, so a manager with three riads is not paying for what an agency with twenty needs. What we never do is take a percentage of your bookings.

Straight answers

The six questions everyone asks.

Do I have to leave Booking.com and Airbnb?

No, and you should not. EBO syncs them by iCal so their bookings land in the same calendar as your own. It simply gives you a commission-free channel of your own beside them.

How long does it take to be live?

A property takes about twenty minutes: the eight-step wizard, your photos, your rates, then paste the two calendar links. Most managers are running their whole portfolio within a day.

Does my team need training?

The field app is one screen: today's jobs, the address, the keys, a camera and a Done button. Housekeepers use it the first morning without being taught.

Whose brand do my owners see?

Yours. Upload your logo, pick your colours, and the console, the booking page, the owner statements, the emails and the phone icon all follow. QENTRA stays behind the curtain.

Where does my data live?

In your own workspace, on your own hosting if you want it there. Everything exports to CSV whenever you ask, and there is nothing to unlock if you leave.

Is it in French and English?

Both, and every person chooses their own. Your ops manager can work in French while an owner in London reads the same statement in English.

Start

Four steps, and the portfolio is running.

  1. 01
    Open the workspace

Your company name, your email, a password. Free for fourteen days, every module open, no card.

  2. 02
    Add a property

Eight steps: the house, its units, the rates, the photos, the people. About twenty minutes the first time.

  3. 03
    Paste the calendar links

The iCal address from Booking.com, from Airbnb, from Vrbo. From that minute they share one calendar.

  4. 04
Hand your team the phone view

One address, one screen, their jobs for the day. Nothing to install and nothing to explain.

Walk through it before you decide.

The demo is a real Marrakech portfolio mid-shift: six properties, arrivals waiting for a greeter, a pool pump losing pressure in the Palmeraie. Nothing is hidden and nothing needs a password.

You own a property?

Your statements are with your manager.

The owner portal lives on your manager's own address, not here. Ask them for the link — they open an account for you in a minute, and you read your own figures yourself: gross, their fee, maintenance at cost, net payout, month by month.
